One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-squared rim, decorated around the shoulder a swag and floral motif. A thin 3" crack from rim. Small chips to interior of rim. A minor nick to exterior of rim. Some fry to cobalt.
