Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Star Decoration, Stamped "ALBANY, N.Y.", possibly O'Connell, circa 1860, cylindrical jug with squared spout, decorated with a circular slip-trailed design with eight rays emanating from it. Slip-trailed "2" above. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a 7/8" in-the-firing contact mark to reverse and a short, glazed-over line in base of handle.
