Rustic Stoneware Mug, Midwestern origin, circa 1885, wheel-thrown mug in the Anna Pottery style with flaring sides and thick handle, the surface with rustic incising resembling tree bark and covered in a brown Albany slip glaze. One small rim chips. Wear to rim, handle, and rustic surface. H 2 5/8" ; Diameter (across base) 3 1/4".
