One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "T.F. REPPERT / SUCCESSOR TO JAS. HAMILTON & CO. / GREENSBORO, PA", circa 1880, semi-ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, featuring T.F. Reppert "SUCCESSOR TO" stenciling along with small stenciled tulips and geometric designs. An approximately 5 1/2" crack from rim. Saltiness to stenciling. Some light surface wear.
