One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "HAMILTON & / JONES. / GREENSBORO. PA", circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, featuring Hamilton & Jones maker's stenciling along with diamond-shaped stenciling and stenciled flourishes. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with two short, in-the-firing surface lines to Albany slip on interior, not visible on exterior.
