One-Gallon Wheeling, WV Stoneware Advertising Jar, Western PA origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, featuring the stenciled cobalt advertising, "JOHN WELTY. / GROCER. / NO. 202. / MARKET SQ. / EAST SIDE.". Excellent, essentially as-made condition.
