Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, American, second half 19th century, both of similar cylindrical form, a two-gallon jar with opposing swag decoration around the shoulder, Strasburg, VA origin; paired with a one-and-a-half-gallon jar with swag and hanging flower motif, Baltimore, MD origin. Strasburg jar with very large reglued section at base, some drips of staining, and rim chips. Baltimore jar with significant cracks at small rim chips.
