Fine and Rare Small-Sized Stoneware Jug, Stamped "TAUNTON", probably J.W. Ingell & Co., Taunton, MA, circa 1835-1845, ovoid jug with tooled shoulder, squared spout, and applied strap handle, impressed with the cobalt-highlighted city name, "TAUNTON", at the shoulder. Exceptional size and rare mark. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a small in-the-firing chip to handle. H 7 1/4".
