Fine Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, skillfully-potted pitcher with footed base and heavy tooling to collar and area below collar, the front decorated with two vertical tulips flanking a swag motif. Additional heavy swags around collar and cobalt highlighting the handle terminals. Flake and minor chip on interior of spout. Otherwise excellent condition.
