Large-Sized Redware Bowl with Slip Decoration, Hagerstown, MD origin, late 18th or early 19th century, with distinctive triple-beaded rim and footed base, the interior decorated with straight and wavy strails of slip. The vast majority of slip is missing on the interior, with small traces of cream and brown still visible. Significant wear to interior base. A smooth shallow rim chip. H 4 1/2" ; Diameter 14 3/4".
