Two Glazed Redware Jars, American, 19th century, both of similar cylindrical form with manganese-glazed surfaces, the larger example with tooled band and speckling to glaze. Larger jar with varnished surface and some wear to base, midsection, shoulder and rim. Smaller jar with base chips and scratches to surface. H (of larger jar) 7 1/4".
