Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug, Stamped "ARMSTRONG & WENTWORTH / NORWICH," CT origin, circa 1814-1834, highly-ovoid jug with semi-squared spout, featuring the cobalt-highlighted maker's mark "ARMSTRONG & WENTWORTH / NORWICH". Additional brushed cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Shallow flake on top of spout. Thin horizontal crack and minor chip in base of handle. Small, glazed-over ping at base.
