Two Northeastern U.S. Stoneware Crocks, second half 19th century, a two-gallon crock with cobalt foliate decoration, stamped "E & L P NORTON / BENNINGTON, VT"; paired with a one-gallon Bristol-slip-glazed crock with stylized foliate design extending from a looping trail. Norton crock in excellent, essentially as-made condition with a contact mark at base and a minor worn spot on interior of rim. One-gallon crock in excellent condition.
