Two Pieces of New York State Stoneware, second half 19th century, a one-gallon jug with cobalt bull's eye decoration, stamped "A.O. WHITTEMORE / HAVANA. N.Y.," paired with a three-gallon jug with slip-trailed foliate decoration with "3" at center, stamped "J. BURGER, JR. / ROCHESTER, N.Y.". Whittemore jug with large spout chip and small, in-the-firing spout nick. Burger jug with staining and crazing to surface.
