Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Grapes Decoration, Stamped "COWDEN & WILCOX / HARRISBURG, PA," circa 1865, ovoid jug with rounded spout, decorated with a brushed cobalt bunch of grapes hanging from a vine with three curled stems. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with some staining to reverse.
