One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Stamped "G.W. FULPER & BROS., / FLEMINGTON, N.J.," circa 1875, cylindrical jug with sloped shoulder and squared spout, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt design of a bird perched on a stylized branch. Raised whitish residue from the firing on reverse at base. Two spout chips and a minor spout nick.
