Shenandoah Valley Glazed Redware Jar, attributed to John George Schweinfurt, New Market, VA, second half 19th century, ovoid jar with tooled rim, the interior and exterior covered in a lead glaze over a colorful mottled green and orange ground. Wear to rim. A few small base chips. H 8 5/8".
