Four-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped "A.E. SMITH / PECK SLIP, NY," circa 1840, cylindrical crock with heavily-tooled shoulder, squared rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a large brushed tulip extending up the front. A few rim chips. Otherwise excellent condition.
