Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, atttributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-squared rim, decorated with a brushed cobalt flower on the front and back. Heavy chipping to rim. Two faint, short hairlines at base. 4" crack from rim. H 7 1/2".
