Rare Ten-Gallon Open-Handled Stoneware Water Cooler, Red Wing, MN origin, circa 1880, large cylindrical jug with tooled shoulder, open handles, and octagonal bung hole, decorated with an elaborate slip-trailed "10" and cobalt "bee stinger" design, along with an inverted flower growing downward from it. 1 1/2" crack in bung hole. Chipping and a horizontal crack to top edge of spout. Large, in-the-firing flake to underside. H 21".
