One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Slip-Trailed Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "EDMANDS & CO.," Charlestown, MA origin, circa 1860, cylindrical jug with semi-squared spout, decorated with a large slip-trailed cobalt flower flanked by leaves. 6" hairline on side of jug. Small stone pings on side of jug. Light flakes to surface. Shallow chip to top of spout. Some small areas of fry to cobalt. H 12 1/2".
