Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "J. & E. NORTON / BENNINGTON, VT.," circa 1855, cylindrical jug with rounded shoulder and squared spout, decorated with a large stylized slip-trailed floral design. Excellent, as-made condition with a minor contact mark to shoulder. H 15 1/2".
