Three Excavated Pieces of Westerwald Stoneware, 17th century, a Bellarmine jug with applied bearded mans bust and crest; an ovoid jug with applied buttons; and a rare mug with incised decoartion and two seals embossed "AR". Bellarmine jug missing handle, with loss to spout, and base chips. Button-decorated jug missing handle, with hairlines in rim and underside, with one hairline extending upward to shoulder. "AR" mug broken into pieces and reglued, missing handle and a few pieces. H (of mug) 4 1/2".
