Glazed Open-Handled Redware Bowl, Stamped "JP," American or European, 19th century, with footed base, flattened rim, and applied strap handles, decorated with a brown glaze on the exterior and a clear lead glaze over a yellowish ground on the interior. Impressed "JP" within a square on the shoulder, along with a "12" on top of handle. Heavy wear to rim and handles. Some exfoliation to surface. In-the-firing contact mark near base. H 5 3/4"; Diameter 13".
