Stoneware Canning Jar, Stenciled "PALATINE. W.VA," circa 1875, with "wax sealer" rim and "PALATINE. W.VA." in a wavy stencil. Provenance: From a Western MD collection. Excellent condition with two small nicks on inner wax sealer rim. H 6 3/4".
