Lidded Redware Batter Pitcher, PA origin, 19th century, squat-shaped pitcher with pouring spout and tooled shoulder, the surface decorated with manganese sponging under a clear lead glaze. Original lid embellished with raised band of circles. Provenance: Recently found in New England. Light wear to rim and interior of rim. Very minor nick to underside edge of lid. H (including lid) 7".
