English Redware Reclining Dog Figure

Price Realized: $28.75 ($25 hammer, plus 15% buyer's premium).
Glazed Redware Figure of a Dog, English, 19th century, reclining spaniel on scalloped base, the surface covered in yellowish slip and decorated with streaks of manganese under a clear lead glaze. Excellent condition with a minor fleck of glaze loss to muzzle. L 6 1/4" ; H 3 1/2".
