Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock, Stenciled "JAS. HAMILTON & CO. / GREENSBORO, PA," circa 1875, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and semi-rounded rim, decorated with various stenciled designs including a rose at the center. Freehand cobalt stripes at the shoulder and base. Lightness to decoration. Heavy chipping to both handles. H 13".
