Scarce Multi-Glazed Redware Mug, Strasburg, VA, origin, late 19th century, semi-ovoid mug with applied handle, decorated with splashed copper and manganese glazes over cream-colored slip. Clear lead overglaze. Excellent color and condition. Light wear to rim. Two very tiny glazed flakes. H 4".
