Early Stoneware Rundlet, Northeastern U.S. origin, early 19th century, small-sized keg with heavily-tooled bands and rounded spout at center, the banding brushed over with cobalt slip. Small contact mark to top surface and midsection on reverse. Excellent condition. In-the-firing horizontal lines near one end, between raised bands. 5/8" chip to one end. H 7".
