Half-Gallon Manganese-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stamped "S. BELL & SON / STRASBURG," circa 1890, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-squared rim, decorated with a series of reddish-brown manganese swags around the shoulder. Crazing and Y-shaped line at base. Crazing to underside. Small base chip. Chip to interior of rim. H 7 7/8".
