One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1830, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, flared rim, and applied tab handles, decorated completely around its circumference with brushed cobalt tulip sprouting from a leafy stem. Spidering lines throughout much of surface. Restored rim chips. H 9 1/2".
