One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, PA origin, circa 1860, ovoid jar with squared rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed cobalt swag and floral design on the front and back. Two chips to one handle. Small chip to opposite handle. Rim chip. Hairlines in underside, possibly in-the-firing. In-the-firing separation on interior base. H 11".
