Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Milkpan, attributed to R.J. Grier, Chester Co., PA, circa 1880, tapered pan with thin rim and pouring spout decorated around the body with a series of brushed cobalt swags. 1 1/2" rim chip on reverse, along with another much smaller rim chip. H 5 1/4" ; Diameter 11".
