Unusual Miniature Redware Jug with Multi-Colored Glaze, early to mid 19th century, ovoid jug with rounded foot, covered in a whitish slip and decorated with green and brown daubs. Excellent color. The glaze on this jug appears to be in the style of noted English potter, Thomas Whieldon. 3/4" chip to base. Glaze wear to handle. Nicks to spout. H 2 3/4".
