Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to David Parr, Jr., Richmond, VA, circa 1860, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder, squared rim, and lug handles, decorated front and back with a large brushed tulip design. This jar was made at the David Parr, Jr., pottery in Richmond, VA, possibly during his partnership with Thomas W. Keesee. Several spidering cracks on one side, extending up from base. 7 1/2" vertical line on front, not visible on interior. H 14 3/4".
