One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stamped "D.P. SHENFELDER/ READING, PA," circa 1875, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and thin rim, brush-decorated with a horizontal floral motif. Impressed with Shenfelder maker's mark on reverse. Two rim chips and a tiny rim nick. A few minor base nicks. H 8".
