Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped "N. CLARK JR / ATHENS NY," circa 1870, decorated with a brushed cobalt plant design with two blossoms and three buds. All-over surface repair, including some painting to one bud. Line on front. Small chip on interior of rim. H 10 1/2".
