One-Gallon Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "T.F. REPPERT / SUCCESSOR / TO / J. HAMILTON & CO. / GREENSBORO, PA," circa 1875, with rounded shoulder, tooled shoulder, and flattened rim, decorated with T.F. Reppert stenciling within a shield between two cobalt stripes. 1 3/4" line underside continuing 1 1 1/2" up front of jar. Small base chip. H 10".
