Glazed Redware Jug, probably New England, 19th century, ovoid jug with rounded foot, thick spout, and ribbed strap handle, covered in a lead glaze over a colorful orange ground with greenish mottling and iron flecks. Small chip to upper left side of handle and other lesser handle wear. Wear to spout, including a shallow chip to exterior. Minor base chip. H 6 1/2".
