Small-Sized Redware Jug with Lead and Copper Glaze, probably New England origin, early 19th century, ovoid jug with tooled shoulder, rounded foot, and applied strap handle, decorated with a speckled green lead and copper glaze over an orange ground. Desirable small size and colorful glaze. Excellent condition with minor glaze wear. H 5 3/4".
