Salt-Glazed Stoneware Stump Planter, Stamped "F.B. NORTON & CO. / WORCESTER, MASS.," circa 1880, molded stump-form planter with ivy design and five openings, decorated with Albany slip and covered in a salt glaze. Impressed with Frank B. Norton maker's mark on underside. A few small chips to edges and a hairline along edge on underside. H 11".
