Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Large Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "ALBANY . NY," circa 1865, decorated with a large slip-trailed flower head underscored by numerous slip-trailed lines. Impressed "ALBANY . NY" below spout. Some fry to cobalt. Staining from use. Small stone ping on shoulder of jug. Base chips, including two 1 1/2" flakes off underside. H 15 3/4".
