One-and-a-Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, NJ origin, circa 1875, ovoid pitcher with tooled foot and collar, decorated with a brushed cobalt hanging leaf design. Restored vertical crack on front of pitcher, which touches some of decoration. Restoration to underside. Spidering lines extending 4 1/2" up from base. Small chip on interior of rim. 3 1/2" and 2 1/2" hairlines on left side of pitcher. H 11 1/4".
