Wrought Iron Folk Art Bell Ringer, late 19th or early 20th century, featuring twisted and fleur de lis elements, a dog's head terminal, and hatted figure with molded head and moveable arm, which rings bell. Surface painted black. Excellent condition with some typical wear. H 22" ; L 15 3/4".
