Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jugs, Northeastern U.S. origin, early to mid 19th century, a one-gallon jug with brushed cobalt floral design, paired with a two-gallon jug with brushed cobalt floral motif, stamped "JACOB CAIRE & CO. / POUGHKEEPSIE, NY". One-gallon jug in excellent condition. Two-gallon jug with firing flaws around midsection and a few base chips. H (of one-gallon jug) 12".
