Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stamped "SOLOMON BELL / STRASBURG / Va," circa 1870, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, decorated with a brushed cobalt swag design on the front and back. Desirable small size with excellent color. Small rim chips and base chips. H 8".
