Folk Art Portrait of a Bull, American, 19th century, oil-on-canvas depicting a standing bull with stylized and folky patterning to coat. Grasses and stones in background and tree in the distance. Frame in old two-tone light and dark gray paint. A few minor worn spots to paint, along with typical crackling. Small flecks of black paint to top of painting. Base of painting needs retacking to back of frame. Small spots of wear to frame. Framed Dimensions: 22" x 18 1/2".
