Fine Early Yellowlegs Decoy, George Boyd, Seabrook, NH, circa 1900, with flattened head, tack eyes, and original bill. Surface retains fine original paint. Provenance: Recently found in a Maryland home. Paint smudges and areas of wear. Chip to tail. Minor nick to bill tip, 1" tight line in bill visible on underside, and some paint loss to bill. Length 11".
