This 3 gallon stoneware storage jar is nicely decorated with a 3 surrounded by a wreath, above the name of the merchant McNees & Co. of Girty, Pennsylvania, surrounded by a star. It is slightly ovoid with a rolled rim and large lug handles. It was made in Ohio, c1870. |
